Neutral Card

Hi All:  It's been a little while since I've been able to post, but I finally got some creative time and decided I needed a challenge to get myself going.  Over at Simon Says Stamp/ monday challenge this week is " Create something beginning with the letter N."  So I choose neutral.  This is a challenge for me because I love color.  According to my husband I can go a little too over the top with it.  So in toning it down to basics  I went with a base card of craft card stock.  Added some paper from Tim Holtz Yuletide collection, and a couple of Sizzix Alteration dies and inked them up. This is what I came up with.  Hope you like it.
for a list of products see below.

Inks- distress mini's Brushed Corduroy and Pine Needles
Dies- Prancing deer and Woodland trees
Glitter- Distress Glitter Dust
Prills

What a lovely elegant card. I love the neutrals as I can see this being sent to either gender with it's rustic charm. Thanks for playing along with us in the "N" challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!

This card is AMAZING! I am addicted to bright colors myself and think I would die if I was issued a neutral challenge! But wow-- you have shown me that neutrals can be STUNNING! This is full of creative details and I love the hint of turquoise that you added. I think it's so clever of you to make a plaid reindeer and it pairs so nicely with the tree and the glitter. You did a wonderful job and can rest assured that you are skilled with bright color and neutrals! Thank you so much for sharing this with us for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge!
